This is a natural step for us. We regularly collaborate with technology companies across Poland and observe how dynamically the role of the office is changing in organizations operating in hybrid and project-based models. Increasingly, discussions about space are no longer just about team presence, but about how the office genuinely supports collaboration, efficiency, and organizational culture.

The report's findings only confirm this. A significant 37% of IT companies indicate that their offices require further adaptation to employee needs – including in the areas of wellbeing and neurodiversity. Simultaneously, hybrid and remote models already account for 91% of responses, which clearly shows that the market has reached a certain level of maturity.

For us, collaborating with SoDA combines market data with daily practice. It is also an important voice in the discussion about the future of work – a discussion conducted in a much broader context than just the choice between remote work and the office.
