Behind us are three unique events that took place in the PeDEt space — each different, each inspiring.

Jarek Jarzębowski (HRespresso) opened our series with a theme close to everyone who manages people — “HR in the age of AI”. During the meeting, he shared his thoughts on how AI is changing the way we think about recruitment, employee development and the future of HR departments.

Szymon Sikorski (Publicon) guided us through the world of PR and personal branding. His talk “Public Relations and the Personal Brand of a Manager” showed how to build an authentic image in a world full of information noise.

Daria Sivka (BardZohr) hosted a meeting on Employer Branding. We talked about what makes companies the places you really want to work.

Thomas Bryja (Publicon.AI) led the meeting “How to look for a competitive advantage with AI?”. It was an event entirely dedicated to the practical application of artificial intelligence in business.

#SupersamB2B in Katowice

The first meetings in Supersam in Katowice also attracted a group of participants.

Magdalena Chabuz in her story about “The Art of Appreciation in the Company” she touched on a topic that is often overlooked and is of great importance for the working atmosphere — gratitude. We talked about how even the smallest gestures can build committed, supportive teams.

Kuba Nagorski (SilesianStartup Foundation) led a meeting on effective change management in organizations.
